Pressure washing is hard work. At The Clear Difference, we try to set ourselves apart. Here’s how:
When we say we are going to stop by at a certain time to give you a quote, we’ll be there. When you want to talk to us, we’ll be available by phone. When you have a question about our service, we’ll be happy to answer it honestly.
The same can’t be said for many of the pressure washing companies in Auburn, AL and Opelika, AL. Although there are some other great companies out there in our area, many small pressure washing companies are simply unreliable. Will they show up on time? Will they do a good job? Will I be able to reach them if I have a question or concern? Will they damage my property? Hard to tell!
As a customer-focused company that happens to offer exterior cleaning, The Clear Difference truly wants to impress customers with how clean their property can look, all while offering incredible customer service and professionalism along the way.
We Pre-treat AND Post-treat
Most pressure washers wheel out their pressure washer, clean, and go home. That’s not the best way to pressure wash. At The Clear Difference, we pre-treat and post-treat for all pressure washing jobs. Treating your concrete with solutions before and after cleaning is the most in-depth way to pressure wash.
Pre-treating helps lift up all tough stains, allowing us to wash them away with our surface cleaner. Most pressure cleaning company in Auburn, AL don’t pre-treat, causing them to not be able to remove the difficult stains that have been building up for years.
After pressure washing, we want to ensure that your property stays clean for as long as possible. The best way to do that is to kill (not just remove) all organic growth. We do that by post-treating all concrete and brick surfaces with our house wash solution. The bleach kills all algae and mold, allowing you to have a clean surface for a longer period of time. Plus, post-treating improves the color of your brick and concrete.
Why don’t most companies pre and post treat?
- It takes longer. Most companies want to get the job done as quickly as possible. We’d rather do it the right way to start with.
- It’s slightly more expensive. Our solution is another cost that we factor into our jobs to do them correctly. Other contractors would rather just lug their pressure washer around without having to worry about chemicals or solutions.
- It means less recurring business. Properly pressure washing concrete means that it will stay cleaner longer. That means that it will take many years for the concrete to need to be cleaned again. That’s less recurring business for the contractor that would rather have you as a client every single year to pressure wash. We’re okay with that, because we know the customers will be happier with clean concrete for a longer period of time.
We’re Professional, Licensed, & Insured
Pressure washing is messy work. That doesn’t stop us from looking professional, from the in-person quote to letting you know that we are all done. Our employees wear company polos and company hats.
Believe it or not: most pressure washing “companies” are not licensed and insured. To do business in Auburn and Opelika, you need a license for both counties. Most small pressure washer contractors don’t bother.
Same goes for having insurance. We carry a 1 million dollar policy. We never plan to have to use it, but it’s there if we need it. That will ensure that you aren’t left empty handed when a freak accident happens, which isn’t extremely rare when it comes to inexperienced pressure washing companies.
