I highly recommend Marshall and The Clear Difference if you're looking for someone to clean your gutters. Within an hour of calling for a quote, Marshall was at my house, sent photos, and was even able to do the job immediately after I approved the quote! I don't think I've ever had someone respond to an inquiry as quickly as Marshall did, much less complete the job within 2 hours of the inquiry. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

After getting several quotes for gutter cleaning, my wife and I decided to go with The Clear Difference. Of the four quotes, Marshall was neither the lowest, nor the highest by a wide margin. Our decision was made based not on the cost, but on Marshall’s very professional appearance, his demeanor, his promptness, and “customer first” attitude.Marshall was on time for the appointment we had set. He was eager to work and took the time to explain exactly what he going to do and the time he would take. I was outside working while he was here. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was very careful to work around me, and took care not to disturb the plants and flowers. After he finished, Marshall explained again, everything he had done and made sure that I was satisfied.Marshall is a very nice man. He is obviously educated and well mannered, and I found him a pleasant person with which to have a conversation. As a result, my wife and I decided that we will have The Clear Difference come out two or three times a year, just for the gutters. We will also be availing ourselves of the window washing and pressure washing services as well.

Marshall and company did an amazing job cleaning my gutters, washing my windows, and installing custom screens on all my windows. They even help me get my old, painted-shut windows open. They were timely, efficient, and very professional. Their estimate also came in lower than two other local companies. Highly recommend for any and all building exterior cleaning and/or updates.

Did a great job cleaning our roof. Was reasonably priced, on time and the roof looked brand new afterwards. Also went out of his way to blow leaves after he was done. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Excellent service and quality- I called on a Saturday of a holiday weekend - Sunday gave me an estimate and Monday did the work!!! I have never had such prompt service in my life! Great prices and very professional- I would recommend this company to my mother!!

I contacted The Clear Difference via their website with questions about their house- washing services and Marshall responded right away. He was knowledgeable and was able to tell me which service was right for me. He scheduled a visit for an estimate the next day. I was pleased with the estimate, accepted, and scheduled the house washing for later in the week. I was concerned about damage to our vegetable garden very near the house, where the plants had suffered due to the detergent and bleach that had splattered on them the last time we had our house washed. Marshall assured me the he would take the appropriate precautions to protect the plants in the garden and the bushes near the house and explained how he would do so. He made good on that promise. He was also willing to reattach a piece of the facing near the peak of the roof that had blown down during a recent wind storm. He was personable and willing to engage in conversation. As any good businessman, he offered additional services (window washing, pressure washing of concrete, and roof washing) and answered my questions about roof washing, but there was no pressure and I declined. However, I will call him if I change my mind. The "before"and "after" pictures I am including are ones he took because I forgot to take "before" pictures. The whole house looks much better now.

We brought a house with severely neglected gutters. I had another big company pass on the work, but not this company! They also replaced two gnarly screens and that looked so good, I didn't know they had been put back! Highly recommend this local company.

We were highly pleased with the quality and efficiency of his work, as well as the manner in which he conducted himself. Marshall was professional right from the start. He came out the day after I called him and gave a quote, which was much less than I expected, on a recently purchased older house in Auburn. The windows were older storm windows allowing spiders and bugs to find a home between the panes. It was bad. I do not think the gutters had been cleaned in 10 years. He showed up right on time. In only four hours Marshall managed to clean the gutters, wash the insides, and outsides of the windows which were 2-3 varied size panes per window. It was complicated to move the panes up and down to get to all sides but he took the time to get it done. Notably, he did it all with a smile. We could not be more pleased with the outcome and I would recommend The Clear Difference to anyone.
